  • Introduce a new 12 month unlimited pass for all adult visitors with special multi purchase price

The scheme at Woodhorn will be as follows:

Concessionary (OAP, Student) Admission/ Annual Pass: £6

Child (0 – 16): Free

All passes are valid for unlimited visits for 12 months from the date of issue.

*Admission will be free for Northumberland Miners’ Picnic in June and Invasion Day in July when a small parking charge will apply.

A Trust-wide membership can also be purchased for £16 offering unlimited return visits to Woodhorn, Hexham Old Gaol and Berwick Museum & Art Gallery for a 12 month period from the date of issue. Admission to Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe Museum will remain free of charge as it is at present.

In the meantime, current arrangements will remain the same with free admission and all-day parking costing just £3.50.

In 2017, visiting Woodhorn Museum and attending the main exhibition in February half term with an adult and two children would have cost £15.00 (£11.50 plus £3.50 parking). In 2018 a half term visit will cost significantly less – just £7 – and will include unlimited repeat visits for the next twelve months.
